so the order was made on a wednesday with the hope that the product would arrive by friday for an event I needed it for on saturday. After receiving the confirmation of the order, i received an email the following day stating that my products' stock had been sent back due to a fault and it would take a few days extra before new stock would be received. naturally i wasnt best pleased and expressed my issue to GH via a phone call and explained the urgency. Instead of making me wait for the new stock, they understood that I needed this product before the weekend and so they sent me a replacement product, (which is outstanding and slightly better) and took on the cost of next day recorded delivery too. The product arrived in time, there was no shouting or arguments, GH fully understood the situation and dealt with it in what was probably the most professional way i have experienced when ordering something online. I already have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family and will certainly use them for all my gadgeting needs. Very impressed indeed!

Wonderful experience, disappointment when speedy arrival of kit showed a badly battered box, on informing Gizzmo heaven got a reply immediately saying a replacement would be sent straight away and I returned the damaged one and got a postal cost refund the same day. Goods now arrived and in pristine condition. I would reccomend this firm to friends and family as very impressed with speed of replys and service,

I have used them twice recently and after Googling I found their prices to be the cheapest using the Paypal payment. The items arrived in good time and looked to be 100% genuine, with no problems. Would use again for sure.
