Oct 05,2024I've only had to make one claim 3 years ago but a painless experience. No quibbling, I paid the excess and GJW settled quickly without any fuss. Although I believe them to be competitive, I personally wouldn't go elsewhere, even if I could save a couple of quid. I want confidence in my insurers and have that with GJW.

Oct 05,2024In the last 14 months I have had occasion to speak and write with your reps. due the specific nature of my problem(s). Emails are not written with courtesy toward the customer; I have shown them to others who think likewise: kindly look at their typical tone. Phone conversations echo the same form of quasi uncooperative tone. To provide convincing context to these criticisms I am absolutely certain I would never have been treated in this manner on paper, or over the phone, by Ms. CAROLE BROPHY: remember her; a splendid ambassador for your company, fair and reasonable to you and the customer. More context; I have been a customer of yours since 1999; you almost lost me this year: maybe you care about that last fact, maybe you do not………. Life goes on.

Never had to claim for anything so I can't comment on that side of things, and it's probably 6 or 7 years since I've actually spoken to them (policy is on auto renew) but they were friendly and efficient when I did. Prices are competitive and they seem like a genuinely good company so no reason for me not to recommend them.
