Oct 04,2024You allowed me to click on contents insurance, but neglected to say that I have set the value at £0. So when I was broken into and had bikes stolen, you said I had no cover. Absolutely terrible customer experience, being able to leave the value of contents cover at £0 should not be feasible!!!!

Oct 04,2024Mostly dealing with GJW is ok if impersonal. You are however difficult where there are flexible winter use/ storage dates. It is not practical to have all swinging moorings vacated by a single date due to tides etc.
