Jun 07,2023Global Funeral Repatriation made such a difficult, distressing time so much easier. They were so helpful and compassionate from my first telephone enquiry through to repatriating our much loved member of staff, back to the Philippines. Nothing was too much trouble - I hope that we never need to use their services again, but if we did, I would not hesitate to call them immediately. Cannot recommend Jen and Tom highly enough. Thank you so much

Jun 01,2023Whilst looking for companies to repatriate my dad’s body within an incredibly limited time frame, I came across Global repatriation. Jen and Tom were absolutely magnificent throughout. Not only were their prices the best that I came across by far (I searched about 5 competitors!), but their level of expertise, knowledge and detail regarding paperwork and turn around times were exceptional. There was a funeral service prior to repatriation, followed by a ceremony and a burial once his body arrived in Nigeria. The driver Matt and the pallbearers were very professional and respectful for the service in London. Jen and Tom were so flexible and understanding, going above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly. On the Nigeria side of things, they liaised with a local mortuary to collect the body and organise a hearse. Thank you so much!

Apr 13,2023I cannot rate this company highly enough I made a call to them yesterday afternoon after being let down by our funeral directors, today they collected my sister’s body from Cornwall and repatriated her to Crewe within 24 hours they were empathetic and highly professional. I dealt with Jen and Rachael and Matt was the driver who messaged me with updates on the journey. The service is outstanding and I can’t thank them enough!

He arranged for my mother to be repatriated from Verona, Italy back to the UK and everything was organised without any additional stress to the family, during such a difficult time. I would recommend to anyone who has the unfortunate need to use such a service. Thank you!

Jan 02,2023I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for bringing mum home within 3 days of her passing.. India is full of red tape and handshakes, thankfully we didn’t need to deal with any of that. I chose these guys as they are a family run business and I received an immediate response to my WhatsApp message on a Sunday, unlike other firms I’d called who said they’d get back to me. I found GFR to be professional and responsive, if you’re unfortunate enough to be in the same position as us I would highly recommend using them. Jun 12,2023I would highly recommend Global Funeral Repatriation because the service and support they provided to myself and my family during a very difficult time was absolutely phenomenal. They managed the entire process of repatriating my father's remains back to Nigeria without any issues and ensured that everything went smoothly. Tom and his team listened to our needs/requirements and communication throughout was excellent. They were professional and courteous. But most of all they worked with compassion and empathy to deliver a service with heart because they truly cared and that showed in the way that they dealt with us from start to finish.
