The positive changes that I have noticed since completing the program are an increase in pay and an improvement in my ability to problem-solve challenges presented in designing training. In addition to the self-paced eLearning modules, the program offers live discussions with a facilitator on Saturdays to reinforce the concepts taught in the modules. Engaging with members of my cohort on Saturdays to learn about their lived experiences in the L&D industry has increased my confidence and competence to create end-to-end impactful learning experiences.

Aug 13,2024I recently completed a certification with GSDC and Novelvista, and I am extremely disappointed. It's clear that these two organizations are the same, and Novelvista Management runs them. I think they exchange their data for promotion The content provided is nothing more than plagiarized material downloaded from Udemy, which you can purchase for less than Rs. 400. There is absolutely no value in their certifications. I strongly advise against enrolling in any program offered by GSDC or Novelvista. It's a complete waste of money and time.
