May 13,2024I'm excited to share that I've obtained a new certification: Certified HR Business Partner from the Global Skill Development Council (GSDC)! Earning a score of 90% on the exam is a rewarding experience. I've always been driven by challenges and a desire to find the best path to achieve my goals. Recently, I was looking for a certification that would validate my HR Business Partner experience against global standards. The GSDC platform emerged as the perfect choice to embark on this journey. The well-structured course content and realistic mock exams instilled confidence in me before the final exam. I'm particularly grateful to Ruguozeno C from the GSDC team for their prompt assistance in providing the necessary information, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The desire to gain global recognition for my HR Business Partner skills was a key motivator for pursuing this certification.

May 13,2024I recently undertook the training course on Certified PMO Professional offered by GSDC, and found it really valuable. It has broaden my knowledge and insight on OPM3 and PMO frameworks, best practices, and how to effectively manage EPMO in dynamics business landscape of any organization. The course modules are well designed and aligned with latest market trends/examples. May 13,2024During exam we noticed Question No.27 & 28 were not complete and was difficult to answer them. It is always revisit the exam questions before it is released to students so that they are not confused during the exam.

Apr 23,2024It offers great variety of certification for road map for continual improvement, that part is good. but after having information about other certification body, GSDC digital badges does not appear in Cradley website, Or I do not any public profile URL where badges are stored and can showcase in CV or LinkedIn profile.

Feb 15,2024The highlight of this course was the live learning sessions with Deepak Sharma. The recorded videos were difficult to understand, as the female spoke rapidly with poor english and closed captioning was not offered. In addition, there was one Powerpoint slide per video that did not cover all the information provided. The alternative I was offered was a Guide, which includes very helpful information. There are typos and some gender bias. If this is intended to compliment the live sessions with Deepak, my recommendation would be to collaborate with him and enhance that guide significantly. Make it relevant to his sessions and the final exam. Also to include closed captioning in videos. The Capstone Project is identified as a component of this Certification. This was not addressed in my experience of the course. If this is no longer active, I recommend removing it. I learned very late in the course that I had outdated content in the LMS and am very grateful to Deepak for his guidance and providing updated material so I could complete the final exam within the set timeframe. I look forward to reviewing the Expert Talk Series. The main result of taking this course is enhanced skill in curating effective learning experiences and partnering with stakeholders impacted by those trainings.
