Jan 03,2025I bought a VW Tiguan. The car was really good at condition. Customer service was really nice and helpful. I travelled from Portsmouth to their garage. They treated me well so I didn't hesitate to decide to buy car from them. They helped me to get the finance. Overall a good car dealer.

Nov 29,2024What a brillaint company to deal with i purchased a audi q5 blind from there website onmy covered 61k didnt have full service history however that was disclosed they were so helpful with everything they managed to get me a finance partner within 24 hours the interest rate was fair because of my bad credit the process was so easy took all the stress away after the nightmare from previous vehicle i was looking to buy elsewhere anyway finnace agreed and singed i got a message to say we can bring vehicle down as we only up the road they turned up on time like promised lovely polite gentleman took a step back and let me make a desicion he gave me the keys let me take it for a teat drive on my own didnt push or argue just was so calm and even said dont worry if you dont want it there were a few minor marks and alloys were scuffed however 14 year old car i have to be reasonable its not going to be factory fresh but it was fanatastic condition inside was fresh and very clean today i popped into the office to finish paperwork they did offer to come back down however this wasny convienant for them which is absolutley fine and today i was greeted my another member of the team again true gentlemen polite calm and proffesional he gave me piece of mind over any problems offered to help out with a few bits on the car offered me tea coffee made sure i was happy gave me a bit of background and honestly im so impressed very proffesional and such a pleasure to deal with best i have dealt with so far just hope the car continues to drive like a dream money well spent well done to all the team absolute credit

The car was ready for collection the following day on arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. Also had the car cleaned for me, the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and am so happy with it.

Nov 17,2024I had a terrible experience with this car dealership. The pushy salesman Imran seemed to have little knowledge about the car he was selling to me. I ended up purchasing the car but within a weeks issues started to arise. Dash going to be Christmas tree soon I believe. Even though they offered a warranty which I believe is just formality. I live far away so getting any support will be a hassle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 0 STARS

And the car that I have is immense! I can’t stop smiling. The sales process was smooth. Every detail was taken in hand. The paperwork and warranty was taken care of generously and beautifully - NOTHING was too much trouble. This family business is brilliant and I won’t be getting a car from anywhere else. What an experience!

So we went to take a look and there were many choices to choose from there, and then finaly after a long 1 hour of thinking we finaly settled on a beutiful Ford Fiesta. The staff was really helpful and patient. I reccomend Globe Automotive.
