Oct 29,2023we still have not receive our goods till now after weeks of ordering and no refund as well. You STATES next day delivery but in fact that is not the case, you made us to lose more then 3 thousands pounds and this isn't the first time, it has been a repeated occurrence since we stated using your service I would never recommend your services to anyone. The customer service is too bad, with lots of misleading information. They do not take any responsibility of their actions whatsoever despite major financial losses endured. This company has made some of our customers to have very bad experiences with our service and cost us a lot of financial losses and bad reviews when their boxes didn’t turn up at all or on time. But when we try to talk to them, they say they are not responsible for our financial losses and they do nothing to improve their services. How could you order packages materials from them and when things goes wrong, Instead they tell you that, they have nothing to do with the delivery company despite working with them as partners to deliver their goods to their customers. We are your customers not the delivery company. We order packing materials from you and we expect you to deliver to the address as agreed or specified on the the delivery order, and when you fail to deliver to the customer it has a great deal of knock on effect to our service, because we are then seen by our customers as being unreliable, fake, misleading and sometimes scamming company whereas the issue is you not us. How do you think we feel as a company? When you are damaging our business reputation and losing us money? Why do you push the balms on to delivery companies instead of you taking full responsibility and ensure you put things in place accordingly. Stop destroying other people’s companies for using your services if you can’t provide effective delivery and next service then take off your website because we have worked so hard to give trust of the public in delivering high quality and trustworthy services to our customers therefore we won’t want you to damage that for us. I hope you learn from this review and put things in place for others to the have similar experiences as us. Thanks
