Oct 03,2023Initially there was some damage to one package caused by water in the delivery van so delivery declined. But Globe Packaging got a replacement to me the next day. Not their fault and a very impressive response from customer service.

Oct 03,2023the delivery went awry and was later than I wished for. Parcel Force wont leave things in a safe place which meant I had to travel to a postoffice to collect The quality of the boxes is poor - some of them have already split and there isnt near enough tape to secure all of the boxes in the pack I bought. Ive had to purchase more tape and tissue paper too.
