This company has to be the worse option you can use for delivery services. Order a package and for some reason the seller decided to use this garbage for the delivery. It's been 15 days on a package that was purchased through Amazon, which 90% of Amazon's packages take the longest at 4 days (unless coming form over seas). 15 days!!!!! No tracking information besides that it got picked up at the seller. You PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!! requested full refund form seller as I know now. My package will never arrive.

We ordered something online. GLS delivery guy came to our house, and threw our package 10 ft from our front gate to our front door. We have glass on our front door. The door could've been damaged. Also, the guy didn't know what was in the pkg, and it could've been something fragile or made of glass. We heard a loud bang when it happened, and we have the whole thing on our RING camera video. We called GLS, and they read from a script saying they'd file a complaint with the management team who handles the drivers. They also said we'd get a call back within 10 min from a supervisor. No one called us back. We called them again, got another rep, an that rep read from the same exact script as the first rep. There was no empathy or concern over this incident. We are thinking of posting the RING footage on YouTube and social media. DO NOT DEAL WITH GLS IF YOU CAN. The absolute worst delivery company that exists. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), also.

This is the worst shipping company I have ever worked with. Every single package has been lost, and customer service is beyond worthless. Multiple people will tell you multiple different things. Avoid at all costs - they're not worth it.

They don't service their drop box locations at the times advertised. Almost costs us $20M. I did the Chat and asked for the someone to retrieve the package for us and I would come and get it from them. They suggested that I could sit by the drop box all day to try to catch the person that might service the box. I called and they said that they would look into what they could do. I have not heard back. Luckily our Bond company came through and was able to help us out. Working on getting other shipping accounts our office and use, because I Will not use this company ever again. It is not the first time they have messed up. They have not picked up a scheduled pick ups in the past, luckily the stakes were not as high as this.

GLS tracking showed my package out for delivery, then on two following days said the delivery was rescheduled each time. After that, there were no more updates. Upon trying to contact them, their chat function on their website is useless. It takes about 7-10 minutes to get a representative, and then if you don't send your response with 1 or 2 minutes they completely end the call.

I think it’s zero stars they don’t even get a star, but since I can’t leave it, I’ll give them one. The drivers are all idiots. We were going to pick up our package in town go out of our way to pick up the package in town and they took it on their delivery truck. We are re-organizing our lives to pick up a package. They won’t deliver because we live in the country And they don’t want to drive all the way out here they have been making excuses for days saying they’ve Been trying to deliver the package when we know they haven’t because we’ve been home. They have been lying through their teeth, not getting our package to us and then when we ask them to hold it, they take it on the truck. These drivers are idiots. Don’t get shipping through them.

Terrible company, package wasn’t delivered or even tried too. Yet they said delivery attempted but no one home. Called customer service and they said they would have it delivered that day and make sure the driver went back ( even though they never arrived in the first place, cameras prove it) they assured me it would be delivered that day. Still no package, don’t trust this shipper. Now have to contact the merchant to get a full refund and find a new merchant that doesn’t use GLS.

GLS employs a third party delivery company called Kangaroo Kourier. The Owner Gregory Jean-Simon and his Manager Wendy Ford operate illegally and have refused to pay many of their drivers for their hard earned work. I worked for Kangaroo Kourier in Medford, Oregon as a delivery driver for almost 2 weeks, December of 2024. Wendy Ford refused to answer questions regarding the pay and no paperwork/contracts were ever given to me or other new drivers to fill out. She kept saying we would receive emails with documents soon, but it never happened. There was also no training from day 1 and drivers had to learn as they went. It was a chaotic mess working under Wendy. After quitting due to the vague, shady operation, Wendy refused to communicate when I reached out to ask when and how I would be paid. Another driver informed me that she blocked me and had no intentions of communicating further. Wendy also told the driver that the owner, Greg refused to pay me since I had quit. She had zero empathy for the fact my pay was being withheld and just said it was out of her hands. As if refusing to pay someone for work they did was okay. It was shocking. These people have no shame. If you quit and aren’t still putting money in their pockets, they have no problem scamming you out of your pay. There are other drivers who quit that still never received their pay as well. I spoke with a GLS employee and informed him of the situation. He said he would encourage Gregory to pay me, but he could not force him too. I understand they can’t control if someone won’t pay. What I don’t understand is why GLS would continue to work with such a business. GLS is still currently allowing Gregory Jean-Simon to have delivery routes in Washington and Arizona. How many other drivers are getting scammed out of their paychecks because of this? It’s very sad to think about. People are trying to earn a living and survive. Many with families to support. Imagine the impact it has on a family when someone dedicates their time and gas money to a new delivery job using their own vehicle and then never receives their pay. Wendy Ford is also still managing, regardless of the fact she has paid the few drivers who remained working, under the table with zero paperwork/contracts filled out. These people operate illegally and scam drivers out of their hard earned pay and GLS is enabling it. This makes me question the integrity of all parties involved.

Terrible service! These people act like they don’t know how to use phones. If you go to their warehouse, no one will tell you where the courier delivered your package. Just awful. The courier left my package at a different address. No one responded to my calls or messages. If you value your time, it’s better to use another company.

As i drove along the fire of traffic, a GLS driver (delivery van) darted out of the driveway and cut me off. I had to slam my brakes, and I honked at him. The driver then followed me and sped into the middle lane to yell and flip me off. I then yelled back and told him to get away from me. He then followed me to the next block, where I was parking at a business. He then jumped out of his van yelling and approached me in an aggressive manner, got in my personal space! I had to yell at him that I will defend myself, and get out of my personal space! This man is going to get hurt when he approaches someone who will not give him a warning. He is a liability to this company. I would not recommend their company. This can’t be his first time! Happened today, Jan 10th, at 10;40am in Orem, at Orem Blvd and 520 North. Slim Latino man, wearing black glasses, 25-40, 160 pounds. Distinct Latino accent, but speaks conversational English. This man needs to be terminated if he’s going to chase people with road rage, because they honked at him for a simple offense of cutting in front and impeding the flow of traffic.

Terrible delivery service. Tried to deliver a package to my apartment but didn’t even try calling my number, which they have, or using the apartment call box directory. Then they said they’ll request to try and deliver the package same day but it’s not guaranteed, after I told it’s an urgent package. Useless company.

Same female GLA driver every delivery. Enjoys yeeting package 20 feet and hitting my door rather than walking the 20 feet and dropping it. I think GLS staff are the leftovers from every other delivery service.

This is the most inept and incompetent delivery service. I order an expensive bottle bourbon, and the vender said there must be someone 21 or older to accept on delivery. I added my gate code so the driver could access my residence here in NorCal.I left to visit my family in Texas. Eventually I received a text that my package had been delivered, and I signed for it! I’m 1800 miles away! The lazy ass driver simply threw the package in the weeds next to my locked gate, forged my signature and left. My phone number was on the gate if they had a question…could have even called …and I already left my number when I made the order… lucky for me my neighbor happened to find the package before a thief did, including possibly kids…

Absolute worst shipping company there has ever been. I would’ve given it zero stars if possible. Delivery person went to the wrong address then marked my delivery as attempted no one home even though I had been home all day waiting on a package now they said they would re-deliver it this evening and they would re-contact the driver, but of course that did not happen. Try to call Customer Service again and they’re closed until Monday if I had my choice, I would never have anything shipped by this company again, but unfortunately where I ordered something from uses them. I will let the company know that their deliveries service is horrible And they should change companies if you’ll notice on the website they’re right 1.5 out of five stars pretty sad that they’re still doing business.

Package was on time but apparently the delivery person was to lazy to walk up the 4 steps to the porch and set it by the house so porch pirates didn't have direct access to it, but nooooo he set it on the steps(in the middle of the step to be exact which if someone went outside with their hands full they could have tripped on the box) which the steps are right next to the public sidewalk!! I'm not sure how any company that specializes in delivering packages thinks that's an acceptable place to put customers packages! I hope your delivery drivers have the exact same kind of delivery drivers for their own packages! Lazy

Absolutely garbage service. Package was taking longer than it should have, so I checked the tracking from the vendor. "Delivered" my package that requires a signature on 11/14/24 at 11:44pm. Almost midnight for a residential delivery? Yeah? Tried to contact GLS. Their only "contact us" is a chat box, and said chat box wouldn't connect for days. When I finally got it to connect (11/22), they claim that it's past 5 calendar days and they cant do anything. TWO OF THOSE DAYS WERE WEEKEND DAYS for starters. so no, actually not okay. This, today the 22nd, is the 5th BUSINESS day and should still be applicable to file a claim, under your own dumbass 5 day rule. You lost my package, refuse to provide proof of where you delivered it to, and let some random ass person sign for it (without ID i'm assuming) who isn't even associated with me. That's $150 dollars your driver lost, and both you and the person I ordered from claim it's the other person's problem. Not the first time I've had issues with your service either, GLS. Last time you messed up this bad, someone "signed for it" and left it out front of the business that I work at. Just like, by the road. Again, time stamped at nearly midnight. On a rock. Covered in beetles when I found it. Never, and I mean NEVER use this service.
