Shout out to a GLS driver who parked in a handicap/disabled stall at the Cope Family Clinic (Bountiful, Utah) this morning. When I commented on her choice of parking, in the last available disabled stall, she was quite rude in her response. Nice work GLS
Not a good company, 3 weeks ago, rep tried to deliver a package, I told him, person no longer live here, it's been months, return to sender....then last week someone from GLS dropped it at my front door! I called customer service last Friday, the rep said, someone from GLS will pickup package envelope, for the same person, today Monday! And NO ONE picked it up. GLS had a bad reputation! Open other options people...GLS is unorganized & unprofessional. - period
0 star review I wish I could give 0 starts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are a business and purchased an item and the shipper using GLS, and after 4 days of saying they were going to deliver it, found out they LOST it. Reading their reviews, they lose packages all the time How are they still in business being this bad.
They left my package outside of the building!! Not even bothered to ring and place it on the lobby or something. Of course my package was stolen if it was left on the streets. Really awful service
We got the parts on the day they said they would!. No damage to box or the product!.
They send package requiring signature, but to a residence, they assume no one has a job and deliver when its very unlikely someone is not avail for signature. I guess they like wasting their gas. Just plain terrible service.
They tried to deliver my package but went to the wrong neighborhood and said they couldn’t get in because of security gates. The correct neighborhood has zero gates. They also told me I have 2 attempts left and don’t have the third back even though it was the deliver drivers fault. This is also a gift for someone, they have to sign- hard to reset up a time for them to get the package.
They tried to deliver my package to a different address but couldn't because it was a gated community. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't received my package. Customer service is a joke so don't expect any help.
GLS delivers for Apria. Apria processed an order for me recently that I did not receive. I check the delivery history and found out that the driver made 3 attempts to deliver but "could not" because of the security gate in our neighborhood. Note that this gate has a call box to contact the residents who can open the gate for the deliverer. The GLS driver never made an attempt to contact me via the call box or via my cell phone number, he/she just turned around and left. It's either because he/she is ignorant or lazy. In the meantime, I still don't have my medical supplies. Apria is having a difficult time re-processing my order because they say the order was never returned to them. I should note that we get a lot of deliveries from other companies (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and not a single one of them has ever had difficulty making a delivery - they are all competent enough to know how to use a call box at a gate. Maybe GLS gets the rejects from those companies, I don't know. But for a medical supplier like Apria, it's imperative that they select a delivery company that always makes the delivery - their customers depend on it - and GLS is not that delivery company. P.S. GLS also should have contacted me directly after failing to make the first delivery. My phone number is on the packing slip. They never made the attempt. Talk about lousy customer service!
Twice food from Mom's meals has been a day late. It was at the next town over and 8:20 this morning. Box has also been left on the street side of the porch where anyone could pick it up and walk away.
I order regularly from a company in southern California and I live in northern California. I have yet to receive a package on time from this place. I look at the tracking info and it is always some dumb comment about why my stuff ended up in Nevada or somewhere that made no sense. Once I had a guy show up with a van a couple of days late and the back of the van looked like he stopped at every dumpster on the way here looking for packages and though my item was on his list, it couldn't be located in the Van. I have sent an e-mail to the company I order from.
Okay, I add my voice to the other ones who would rate GLS a zero if possible. I have to sign for my stupid delivery. It’s been rescheduled three times because GLS is incapable of giving updated information which tells you whether or not the package is at a local facility or if it’s still in never, never land on its way. I’ve been sitting home three days waiting for something that may or may not arrive and probably will end up rescheduled midday. And there’s no such thing as a free GLS account to try to find the information I need because for some reason, they require a credit card to create a “free” account. After reading reviews, I realize the average person is dealing with the exact same perpetual rescheduled events that I am facing. There’s no excuse not to have better tracking so that customers can utilize their brain cells and trust in accurate information rather than waiting around with chaotic and inaccurate information from GLS. Another thing I need to add to my list when making purchases from businesses. If they utilize GLS, I will go elsewhere. In this day and age, there’s no excuse to leave customers in the dark. And so I wait. Still don’t know where my package is even at currently. Ridiculous.
I purchased some items from a website. The delivery requires 21 and over for delivery signature. The delivery was scheduled for April 5. I live an apartment complex, I work from home and I have a Doorbell Camera that records all and any activities at my unit's front door. I was also signed up with sms/text notification for my delivery. 450pm PST comes around, I get a notification that my Item have been delivered. No package nor driver in sight. Instantly I stepped outside of my front door, I looked around my near by unit's areas, no one, no driver. I checked the tracking information. There's a digital signature entered of last name initial and first name, which I never ever sign my signature that way in my life. There's a signature capture of just a line. I tried to call, no answer, I get put on a hold call que, only to then get pushed to call back later. While I was attempting to call, I was composing an email to their customer service/support and I was trying to get a "chat" going with their online support, same, but worst longer wait, but just when I get someone to response via chat, it doesn't allow me to response, it disconnects me and prompts me to start a new chat once more, this happened numerous time. By the time with all the attempts to call and start a chat and emailing, it's already 650pm, 2hrs since a delivery notification was receive. Finally, just when someone via chat finally tried to connect and a chat started, it hits 7pm and the chat just abruptly disconnects. 7pm is significant it's because I guessed that's when their customer service time ends. WOW! The following day I finally gets a response via email. Email message was very cookie-cutter/scripted. Typical "sorry for the inconvenience..." etc. A follow up w/ their 3rd party service have sent and conducting investigation etc. the kicker is the part that states "operations will contact your shortly" which never occurred. I get a follow up email, to wait 24-48hrs and someone will contact me directly. NEVER happened, still waiting actually. This went back and forth like this until today, it's now 04/09 as I compose this review. I still have not heard back directly from anyone, except for the same lame email reply. No one in GLS seems to have any urgent care to help and/or assist and address the matter. It is pretty sad, that this company promotes Integrity, Service and Trust on their branding. Integrity - that they focus on being honest, open, and responsible to help themselves make decisions that keep and build trust with everyone they work with; Service - they strive to exceed expectations with their unwavering commitment to quality, attention to detail, and proactive approach. By understanding and anticipating the needs of their customers, to deliver solutions that not only meet but also surpass goals; Ownership - their team member are empowered to take initiative, embrace challenges, and seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation. This sense of ownership drives them to achieve excellence, ensuring they contribute positively to their clients, community, and each other. Powerful building blocks and pillars of their company and service. However, as a measly little nobody customer, sadly this doesn't quite reflect what they put out. I hate to question it, but what's does this say about their leadership? To say one thing yet, shows another. As a business, would you align and partner yourself with such? At one point you have to stop and ask, why do I keep doing business with such practice? Do you continue to put your consumer and customer base at risk with such partnership?
Failed to deliver package to apartment with a gate. Customer support didn’t help me until they already RTSed the package. Worst experience I’ve ever had receiving a package.
Clearly they hire drivers who either lack the brains or the training to get the job done. I was expecting a package yesterday. Their tracking claimed that they could not deliver because of a security gate. I had provided them with the security gate code and there was no reason they could not deliver. This international company has no business trying to get into the US market. They just can't get the job done.
This company allows their employees to commit mail fraud by marking packages as delivered and taking them. My package was supposed to be delivered to UPS to avoid it being stolen. Instead, the female driver decided to take a picture with the package in her hand in front of the UPS store and take it with her all on camera! I called GLS only to be ignored. I filed a police report and will continue to seek legal action against this company.
I bought a package it had to go to an ebay facility first, but then it was shipped with GLS unfortunately. My package made it about 30 miles then got got scanned into a depot in portland. (literally a few miles away) and it is yet to move. (for 3 weeks btw) I contacted all the customer service I could and never even got a responce. Yeah I dont think im getting my package when its literally like 7 miles away.

Oct 25,2024BEWARE. Multiple 'lost' packages. They always deliver in shady rental vans from the 90s. If you contact them, they are no help.. all you will get is "I will forward your request to our operations team", then I dont hear back after following up three times. They are actually a scam company I dont know how they exist
