I was driving a rented car from G&M direct hire for nearly two years in two separate contracts. It's been a mixed experience overall. It started off very well. Always responsive and helping staff in the beginning. So I had no problems when I was driving my car. But after I returned my second car. Things went sideways. I never received my refund (a week rent and some deposit) due to an admin error of their staff. I wrote email, text message and spoke with a couple of people on the phone. Instead of accepting and rectifying thier mistake, I had few rude responses from their staff, and also got the blame for not providing my correct account number. It is the same account number which has always been in use for all transactions related to that car hire. However, after those unexpected and in bearable behaviours I stopped contacting them. For a long time I thought this is a company with good hearted people. However I was proved wrong by their own staff.
