Umran was very helpful with the whole process. It was my first time working with Uber and he helped me from booking an appointment with Uber to arranging everything so I can open my account. I visited g&m direct office today in Park Royal and wanted to rent a car. They helped me get into a car and all my stuff was done in 45 minutes by Umran. I recommend G&M Direct to all Pco drivers in London, and especially Umran with his superb customer service. 10/10!
