Aug 12,2024Had een lekke achterband. Zeer vervelend allemaal. Binnen 1 week netjes opgehaald en na een paar dagen weer netjes afgeleverd. Tevreden met het resultaat. Respect voor de heren en dames die daar zo hard werken. Hopend dat ze binnenkort een bedrijf in Leeuwarden openen. Ik ben vriendelijk geholpen.

Aug 05,2024Terrible after-sales experience! I bought a fatbike from Italy in June, they shipped it to me and came all the way to Italy to assemble it, obviously for a fee! I have pay cash the shipment And assembly of the bike in my house! And so far so good! During assembly problema are emerged: the the bike display is faulty because it does not unlock and some of the accessories such as the phone holder, the alarm, the chain to lock it and the handlebar accelerator that were to be included in my purchase together with the bike were not there and after assembly, following the road test they did to see if everything was ok, one of them hit the bike which fell while stationary causing damage to the right brake lever which bent on itself, to the pedal and to the gear protection which were scratched and finally after the fall now, while riding on the road, the bike makes strange noises coming from the joint on the frame where the rear shock absorber is attached! They promised me that they would send me the missing parts and the spare parts upon their return to Holland, but they did not do so, ... I was also willing to contribute to the costs of the parts and shipping because when you work a problem can happen! They keep promising me that my goods will be shipped but they don't, they also don't answer the phone and if you call with another number they answer but when they understand who you are they hang up! I even asked for the invoice for the purchase of the bicycle for the guarantee and they didn't even send me that! In the end I asked for the cancellation of the sale and the return of the bicycle but even that wasn't granted to me, I opened a PayPal dispute with the hope that they will do me justice! Finally, they had asked me if they could visit some local bicycle sellers to be able to propose their products and sell them in Italy through them, I made an appointment for the day after the assembly with 5 of them and the next day they never answered the phone and they came,... I clearly made a very bad impression! Anyway, terrible experience, seller to absolutely avoid!

Aug 05,2024Komen hun afspraak niet na 2 weken wachten 2 keer vrij genomen dan laten ze je de heledag wachten smiddags gebeld wordt tussen 8 en 9 savonds zo ook de vrijdagavond weer niemand gezien koop niets van dit bedrijf

Aug 04,2024Na 500 km scherm defect aantal keren gebeld!!! gofatbike heeft meerdere keren een reparatie afspraak gemaakt maar zonder te komen laat staan afbellen. Nu geeft gofatbike geen gehoor meer

Jul 30,2024De fatbike is een week later geleverd dan afgesproken. Echter ontbrak wel de Loqater, waar wel voor betaalt is. Deze is uiteindelijk met behulp van Loqater en La Souris ingebouwd en geactiveerd. Communicatie kan wel beter. Verder niets mis mee.
