Had a Worcester Bosch 1000 boiler installed by GoGo to replace our existing boiler. Quote was competitive and advice given was excellent. Was given a wide range of options as to what choice of boiler and cost. Also provided excellent advice on where the install was to be done. Outlined all the work to be done and how pipework would be run. Installer arrived early on the day of installation and straight away set to work. Made tidy work of the install and it looks very clean. Pipe work is excellent and clean. Site was left clean and tidy. Only note of disappointment was the installer failed to bleed any of the rads. This did cause an issue (boiler wouldn’t ignite after re-pressurising the system) after I bleed and balanced them. I’m sure it was oversight but just something to be aware of. Boiler is working all okay now.
I'm pleased that we chose a GOGO company to change our old boiler. You can see that the engineer has a lot of experience. Has a great attention to detail and found that one old pipe is linking and solved this problem. High recommend this company

Had a boiler fitted, the engineer Richard was timely and tidy. Knowledgable and able to give good advice for different queries. Steve at the office was pleasant. All round a good experience, would use them again. In fact booked a service with them for next year.

Thorough Service. I have had services on my boilers done before and it amazed me that the engineer could be in and out in 10 minutes. GoGo boilers engineer spends so much longer giving a really thorough service, including offering additional services at the time like cleaning out the filter. This is my second service with them, they have also fitted a new digital remote thermostat time/control. A personal service and so much nicer and more professional than that very large well known gas company. Local firm (which I like to support), very nice people and easy to contact without going through 100 'if you need this press **. You speak to person !!
Steve Bowden at GoGo Boilers was truly amazing. A very experienced gas engineer who diagnosed the problem straightaway and resolved within 2 hours. He was very professional and easy to get along with. It took our insurers Admiral over 2 weeks to try and resolve and they left our boiler in a worse state after they tried to resolve the problem. I highly recommend GoGo Boilers to fix any boiler problems and they have made our Christmas as we now have a warm home and hot water. Thank you GoGo Boilers!

Very happy with the boiler which was installed in my mums house. But was very shocked to see the engineer standing on my mum’s worktop with his heavy boots to access the boiler without putting any protection on the worktop or wearing shoe covers. Bit happy with price / prompt install especially as close to Christmas.
The engineer charged me £102 for the service, but he should have informed me that the boiler was old and that he didn't work with that specific branch. It would have been much more customer-focused to provide honest advice and help me save money. Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for any potential damage to my kitchen, claiming he needed to cut into the walls. This means I would not only incur costs for the installation but would also have to hire someone else to repair the damage done. I have spoken to other engineers who confirmed that it is indeed possible to install a new boiler without damaging the kitchen.
Installed new boiler and sorted out our old water tank with no fuss. Very efficient and friendly service - thank you!
I paid for a boiler to be serviced, it has not had a days problem since its installation. A week after the service it malfunctioned and the 'banner' reverted back to the boiler needing a service. I phoned up to resolve the issue and left details but received no call back or resolution to the problems we were having. I did however get 3 emails and a letter with a quote for a new boiler! I now have to get another engineer to fix the problems left by the person who serviced the boiler. Not the best customer service.
We use GoGo Boilers for many of the properties that we manage at Irwin Scott for breakdowns, annual gas safety inspections and services and have never had any issues. Communication is good and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
