Mar 22,2024In my opinion it's how the customer is treated. Geno went far beyond his call, to help me get the most for what I had to spend. He truly went above and beyond. I knew nothing really about previous metal investing. I went away with more knowledge than I could of imagined. For that I will be a customer for life and Geno there helping me achieve more than I ever thought of.. Thank you Geno!

Mar 15,2024The day after I purchased $10,057 gold/silver I needed to see about cancelling the order due an overnight occurrence that involved an urgent financial need in my family. I was told that a cancellation of my order was not allowed because I had purchased from Goldline in the past. It did not matter that my money still had not posted and nothing shipped. The answer was NO! I was curious to know what I would get if I opted to sell back to Goldline's Precious Metal Dept. Here is how that went: I paid $10,057 and 2 days later I was offered $4,757.00 for buy back. I then was educated that it would likely take 10 years for my $10,057.00 to break even in the gold market! I'm a naive 81 year old woman. Shop around BEFORE you buy and bargain for the best price! I'm sadder but wiser.
