I just watched an episode on the history channel pertaining to the selling of fake precious metal. I mention this because after viewing I immediately started to dig deeper into the company that I have been buying from for over 10 years. When I found this forum I first wanted to read some of the one star reviews. In which there were very few. I was surprised to hear complaints about the associates, but as goldline responded (albeit our goal you can’t satisfy 100% of your customers) I know this from personal experience as I ran a business for 35 years. I was also surprised to hear short term investors expecting a higher return. I don’t need to read the majority 5 star reviews as I’m sure their sediments align with mine. I will just say this. Overall my portfolio is up approximately 35%. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with only knowledgeable polite people. So as far as I’m concerned as long as I’m not purchasing counterfeit precious metal I have no complaints. Five stars to Robin. He has never called me and pitched a sale. Robin calls me to keep me informed. As a matter of fact some orders I’ve placed were the result of me calling back the day after having a no sales twenty minute conversation. Robin is there to inform me and let me decide what I feel is best for me.
