Sep 18,2023Items where listed as a stocked item, was a 2 month wait after purchasing them, as they weren't in stock. Now my parts don't fit and they are refusing a refund as my parts are "opened" the box was unsealed and parts covered in scrunched up paper, unseal/unrap anything. But over 400 dollars gone and they won't fit it.

The team at Golbey's was able to sort the issue out quickly, supplying a Ross Crank pulley / balancer to the other side of Australia within 24h, allowing me to get my car back on the road. I ordered retainers and springs the same day here in U.S and they came 2 days later. I should have ordered retainers and valve springs as well. One of the most satisfying buy experiences I ever had.
