Apr 09,2018The service from Goodfellows has been good, although it has taken a long time to let the property to decent tenants. I have a long history with goodfellows and overall I would say they are a good estate agent. The lettings manager was flexible when discussing rental. Gareth and Carleen were always polite, friendly and professional. They were responsive generally and followed through if they agreed to contact me for any reason.

We were guided through the process with ease and precision. The delays all came from the property conveyancers I'm afraid. Pick these guys well! All in all, I would use Goodfellows again. many thanks indeed

My experiences with the team at Goodfellows Cheam team - as a landlord - have been extremely positive (especially Katie). Katie are communicative, helpful, and efficient and give the impression that she genuinely want to do her best for you On that basis, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone in the Sutton area who is considering using the services of a letting agent to manage their rental property.

They managed end to end process with simplicity, transparency, speed and open communication. Their administrative charges were low and quality is high. Overall a good estate agent to deal with for your buying and renting needs, highly recommend.
