I didn't take up the cash offer on my house but I was quite impressed by the advisor , Max . The information he provided was clear and not wrapped up in any sales talk , just an honest "this is what we can do", which I thought was quite refreshing. He went on to give me some very useful tips about selling my particular type of house , which surprised me a bit as I wasn't providing him with any business. As a result I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I knew who was looking into this option.
