These guys were brilliant. Had an issue with 1 of there competitors who offered too low a value so rang Good move and they offered 8% more. The person I dealt with was called max who made everything easy from start to finish he talked through each procedure and within a few days we had the money in our banks. If your looking for a quick sale at a fair price these are the guys look at the reviews they speak for themselves. Don’t waste your time with the others! Thanks Good Move

We had 2 buyers pull out when selling our property with an estate agent. Both times it was chains falling through and the house of our dreams on the line. I was devastated especially when so close to going through. Maybe I was desperate but I tried good move thinking I could never get a sale quick enough and get our new house secured again. After a short call with Max we had agreed a price and time frame, everyone in the chain was still on board. Just 20 days later and we have completed as promised and over the moon to be moving to the house we wanted. Really can't fault good move and I think more people should know about this type of company, they make a refreshing change to the stress and uncertainty of estate agents! Friendly, easy to deal with and did exactly what they said they would do. Thank you to everyone involved.

I recently sold my Fathers house with good move, it was the worse move, I was bullied by the sales negotiator, 4-6 weeks took 5 months, they made no end of excuses, one being the deeds were delayed, and by 3 weeks! I had an email from the solicitors to let me know they had been received within 24hrs of being sent, my solicitor actually said they were over stepping their boundary and weren’t qualified to advise me regarding:- searches, contracts and completions, or anything legal, I had to ask the rep from good move not to contact me any more after I started suffering from extreme stress, I thought they were getting a percentage of the sale for selling on my behalf, not working to get as much out of me as they could for the buyer, including asking for the keys for the buyer to start work, before they had paid a deposit or signed a legally binding contract, I was considering pulling out of the sale until my solicitor took over on my behalf, the sale went through within a week then, all in all a very stressful 5 months, I wouldn’t trust them again!
