Good Move sold my property in 10 days from me picking up the phone and saying I wished to sell. Prior to that they had given me two valuations ; one with and one without a tenant. There was no pressure put upon me to sell, they just allowed me to make my own decision. They recommended their solicitors who were efficient and fast (for solicitors!). They said I could have used my own, but using their solicitors allowed Greg to chase them up, as they were very used to working together. It is an Impressive set up. I spoke to Greg, who was an absolute legend.... We discussed my situation (house sell fell through 17 days before completion) we hadn't exchanged we were 10 days away. Any way, Greg was VERY HONEST, and advised me accordingly, THANK YOU SO MUCH Greg, I could very well have lost ALOT of money, if I'd not spoken to you 1st!!!! A real salt of the earth honest guy.... Very good from beginning to end. The only thing that was not, a few times during the sale I had gone to the property and people were there and I was never kept informed which I felt a bit nervous about.
