Jun 04,2020I loved the company up until my last order. I placed an order for my small order however, only half the order was in stock. The bottles were shipped but I had to wait about a week for the carriers to come. Which caused me to spend additional money for temporary bags and impact the consistency of my brand/products. My woe with the company is the lack of costumer service. After explaining my frustration with having my order being accepted while knowing the products weren’t available caused a huge inconvenience and additional money to be spent the only response I got was well we sent you a notice after the money was taken that it was on back order. Then after I messaged stating my items still didn’t arrive on the day I was told , again I received the same message we told you it was on back order and here’s the tracking number. As if to say your fault it’ll get there when it gets there. I would have appreciated a coupon, discount , expedited shipping .... something !!!! To address the inconvenience and my lost of funds having to go purchase carriers from another company on top of the carriers I’d already purchased from you all.

May 27,2020Really pleased to finally have compostable trash bags - I've been feeling terrible about using plastic trash bags for too long! They took longer to arrive than expected - but under the COVID19 circumstances I can't hold that against them. The bags were shorter than expected, but fortunately the width fit our trash bin perfectly with just enough turn over at the top. All in all very happy & if they end up being too short for the trash bin we'll use them in the compost bin & buy the next size up for the trash can. Thanks for making such a great product
