May 24,2020The product seems fine ( have not used) but the shipping is overly expensive . I paid $35 shipping for one roll of produce bags and some cellophane bags which appear old to be sent within my own state. The bags weighed less than 10#. Used a $50 coupon which for which I was grateful but imagine the cost if I hadn't had the coupon. Maybe they jacked the shipping up to account for the coupon which is bad business. I wanted to support a local business but it is not cost effective. There is no discount or free shipping if you purchase larger amounts.

But what stands out is the customer service piece of this company. Whenever I have a question about a product and what I am trying to use it for they are super helpful even if they do not get the sale. I recently entered some photos for a one time promotion they are running and received a nice discount and it was just the perfect timing as I had to place a large order. After a week, I reached out to customer support who assured me it would be delivered by the end of the weekend. The following week when the box was not delivered, I contacted customer support again who said that the package was in the area and should be delivered by the end of the business day.
