Jan 19,2021As a business owner I am very big on customer service, with that being said Good Start Packaging’s customer service goes above and beyond the expected. I can appreciate the personal touch from the owner who wanted to make sure the products I ordered were of the quality that was expected and they were. I ordered the 8oz and the 16oz PET juice bottles for my business and they are amazing. They are very attractive looking, they very durable, holds our labels well, refrigerated beautifully, and makes for a beautiful presentation for our products that it is truly hard not to want to drink from one. I also ordered 2,500 green caps and the caps are truly awesome. They are easy to put on the bottles you just place them give them a quick turn and the tamper proof cap is activated I love it. I think that’s my favorite part once I’ve bottled my product it brings out the kid in me. Overall I feel that Good Start Packaging delivers on quality, quantity, and most importantly customer service. This company has definitely found them a loyal consumer I will definitely continue to order from them for all my businesses needs.

Jan 16,2021Just ordered samples, which arrived promptly and were exactly what I asked for. Perhaps the only thing missing would be a card with a customer service name, or direct number. But otherwise, just right. And in a box with paper tape; why can’t Amazon do that?

Dec 22,2020Love these! I got the 12 oz containers. I used them both for soup and ice cream, and they store in the freezer perfectly. Great for sampler sizes of ice cream. The best part is that these containers are recyclable and environmentally friendly. The only downside is that the lids are a little bit loose for normal fridge storage but if you’re freezing product, it’ll expand and the lids won’t feel so loose. Will be getting the larger sizes in the future!
