Oct 04,2022I first emailed Francesco in April 2022 and received a prompt reply the following day. Francesco (and Stefania the couple of times I emailed her while Francesco was on annual leave) were very helpful, friendly and guilded me through the whole student visa application process. They were there to answer any questions that I had and replied very promptly. Chiara who finalized my visa application and guided me through the payment and submitting of it did an unbelievable job too! The constant support and the customer service was unbelievably professional and they made the whole process so easy from the off. Overall, I couldn't recommend them any higher!! Someone looking to get a student visa for Australia needs to get onto Go Study Australia.

Oct 04,2022I first got I contact with Francesco back in 2020 on 10th March. All the way up untill I eventually came to Australia in 2022 14th March I received nothing but support, reassurance, vital information but most importantly I received great customer service. All the staff members listened to my needs and what I wanted to achieve. Gave me the best sort of route to go down, guided my next steps and always stayed one step ahead. Couldn’t recommend These guys enough. Handles everything that needed to be done and ensured all lines and obligations / objectives were met. I am now currently studying in Australia and it’s all thanks to these guys. Thank you for your outstanding efforts 🙌🏾

Aug 29,2022Mi sono imbattuta in Go Study per caso, stavo cercando informazioni inerenti all’Australia e fin da subito, sebbene fossimo in piena pandemia e i confini chiusi, mi hanno permesso di conoscere le varie opzioni di visto che avrei potuto richiedere per iniziare la mia esperienza australiana. Ho deciso di optare per lo Student Visa. Mi hanno aiutata con la scelta della scuola, del corso migliore per me, fornendomi dettagliatamente tutti i passaggi necessari all ottenimento del Visto. Il mio Visto ha richiesto più tempo del dovuto e senza Claudia sono certa che non sarei riuscita a gestire la documentazione necessaria al suo ottenimento, il quale ha richiesto modifiche sul assicurazione medica e piano scolastico. Devo ringraziare Claudia non solo per la professionalità dimostrata nel corso di questi mesi, ma per la sua disponibilità, cordialità e umanità che mi ha rivolto ogni qualvolta avessi dubbi, incertezze e ansie. Grazie a Claudia e Ignazio, che mi sta seguendo qui in loco, ho a la possibilità di vivere più tranquillamente quest’esperienza in un paese nuovo è lontano da casa. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono imboccare questo percorso di affidarsi a Go Study perché troverete professionalità, sostegno e tanta umanità.

Francesco and Stefania were incredible, answered all of my silly questions, reassured me at every step and were just so friendly and helpful. Always responded quickly and guided me with everything I needed to do. Happy to say my visa came through. Absolute legends!

Aug 02,2022Francesco (and Stefania when she was covering for him during his annual leave) was very helpful, friendly and attentive the whole way through the student visa application process. Because of COVID, there were significant delays with the processing of my application by the immigration department but Francesco was there to answer any questions and handle any changes to my application and did so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended

He was so fast at replying & a delight to deal with. He ensured all my documents & GTE etc was in order & looking as good as possible before then handing me over to Stefania who was also fast & professional with me. Overall Go Study AU is a great service & I'd recommend them to anyone. Especially Francesco - Legend.
