May 14,2021Extremely shameful behaviour by Go Study Australia. During the difficult pandemic times, struggling Visa holder in Australia are facing, General manager of Go Study Australia, Simon Costain has tried to limit Visa holders work options in Hospitality and Tourism by urging anyone with any interest to act immediately to stop changes that will allow visa holders to work in Hospitality and Tourism. Preventing certain visa holders from working in Hospitality and Tourism industries is done for the benefit of Education Agencies like Go Study Australia at the expense of visa holders who are already finding it difficult to support themselves financially while in Australia. Many visa holders are already struggling, and can not afford to pay up to $1320 for a study visa and several thousand dollars more for a course; All so Go Study Australia can make their 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% 50% commission, which can be in the tens of thousand of dollars per student. That is correct; Student Agents can make tens of thousands of dollars commission when signing you up to a course. Does Go Study really care about you? It is evident by their actions they do NOT! I would never recommend Go Study Australia for acting with such greed, selfishness, disdain, and with what only amounts to unconscionable conduct during these difficult times. It is clear that there Go Study Australia has put their self interest above the safety and welfare of visa holder and I would advise others not to ever use Go Study Australia. It is clear from their unethical and immoral behaviour they do not have anyone’s best interest in mind, except themselves. Go Study Australia is all about making money at the expense of others welfare. This is no ethical behaviour, nor how a student agency should be acting. There must be other, more ethical Educational / student agencies to deal with, or if you want to Study, you can sign up directly with an Australian Educational Institute, You do not need a Student Agent. Stay away from Go Study Australia; they certainly do not have your best interest at mind!

I haven't been in contact with them for long time,till last week that I had I little trouble with my visa, I asked for information and they replied me straight away! They helped me two years ago to come in Australia, and even if I'm not doing courses anymore they're still available and always ready to help. Thank you Camilla!

Mar 26,2021* UPDATED * Awful and upsetting experience. I was asked if I wanted them to file for my student visa as they had helped me find a college and a course to start, I said yes and trusted that it would be done as it is part of their job. Only to then receive an email from immigration telling me my current visa had expired and I was now in the country illegally.... meaning GoStudy HADN'T APPLIED FOR MY NEW STUDENT VISA like they said they would! It has been a very stressful couple of months since it happened, and its still ongoing! I am very disappointed in this company and have not even received a sorry for what has happened. My whole life has been turned upside down just for someones lack of motivation in her job. * Update - After numerous calls and emails, I had a couple of meetings with the branch Manager, she was very apologetic of the situation and said she was going to try everything to solve the matter. After much discussion with her and also the Director, both parties came away satisfied. Although I am of course wishful this never happened, I am grateful that they have helped to fix the problem. They have now had an agreement written up so this will hopefully never happen again.

I believe I wasn’t an easy person to work with because I had soo many questions and doubts about every decision but he helped me so much and answered all my questions. My visa got granted within a minute after I submitted it. It’s unbelievable how fast that was. And I can only recommend him and his team. It’s been a pleasure! Thank you so much for everything.

Sep 15,2020Oiane at go study is an amazing agent! She helped me to find the right course, at the right price at an amazing school in Melbourne. She helped me for months by sending me course options & being patient enough to wait for me to research the college. She was very honest about which schools are not very good quality & which ones students raved about. She even helped to arrange personal open days so I could visit the schools before I decided. She also helped with my Visa application every step of the way and was always excellent at communicating when I needed help guide me through the long application! Gaya handled my case from start to finish. She really is an amazing consultant and a credit to the GoStudy team. Riccardo was helpful and calming when I was having bouts of anxiety about the visa process and even celebrated with me when the process was complete. Feb 20,2020As soon as you show interest in GoStudy they partner you up with an advisor immediately. This advisor will guide and help you along the entire process. Start to finish! They help you find which college and course is right for you. Starting with what you are interested in studying, followed by all the colleges that offer courses in that field, where you would like to study, week days or weekends. Riccardo G then had all the paper work ready at an instant for me to fill out and send back, then he made sure everything went to the correct offices and colleges. COE - check. Then with every international student, we must have the correct health cover (outlined in our visa). Again all the correct paper work was received and sent back. Medibank - check. Now once we got to the visa, Riccardo was always in the email chain however another advisor that strictly focuses on visa process was introduced. Stefania O, They help you fill out the entire visa to ensure everything is in correctly and in the right place! You do not want a little mix up to cost you the opportunity to study in Australia. Once everything was in we waited, it took almost 2 weeks to receive the granted visa however it could take longer. Visa - check!!! I was ready to start booking Australia without even stressing about the paper work of enrolment/medibank/visa.. AND all their help is free of charge!!!! Thank you again Riccardo and Stefania!

Plus, he constantly provided me with all information I needed, super fast, always there, very professional. If that's not enough, he's been absolutely kind with a positive attitude. The communication with Francesco felt just easy. He really surprised me with his excellent work ethic. I had been on a few visas before and know how much work it is. No person could have done better than Francesco. He did all the work for me. He's amazing. And I have my visa now.

When I contacted Go Study Australia, Riccardo was the one to reach back to me and honestly, that was the best service and help I have ever received. Riccardo was constantly in touch with me, answering my questions regardless of how silly they were, literally did everything on my behalf and guided me through the process step by step. Best part is that they also offer assistance after you already receive the visa! Thank you Riccardo!
