Jan 31,2025The facilities we visited were very good but it was the Sense of Africa staff who made our Goway Travel safari trip absolutely outstanding. In particular our safari guide Andrew used his extensive experience to lead us through “the best” travel time we’ve ever had. And we’ve travelled all over the world. We are going to use Goway travel again and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Jan 29,2025Paula Polachek goes the extra mile to give me unforgettable experiences for my groups. We recently went to Dubai and had a fantastic time and will be planning a return trip there soon. LOVED IT! Tour guide Janine was fantastic and Maricar was wonderful. Everything about it was great and my clients loved it and Paula made me look good for them. Thank you!

Jan 28,2025The activities were great, our planner Taryn was helpful and thorough, all pickups were on time. Our hotels were excellent. The two main tour guides were both nice and educated and informed but both were a little infirm (slow moving/ walking) which was less than ideal. Our cycling day guide was energetic and fun and amazing.

Jan 24,2025This was our first experience using a travel company for our travels, and it was such a positive one! Our travel agent was extremely helpful, even when we had to go back-and-forth, changing our itinerary, she was always quick in responding, and knowledgeable in resolving any concerns or issues. We were also traveling in a place unknown to us, and it was so helpful to have help with hotels and activities recommended . And when it came time to travel, every detail was taken care of and provided for! We felt so spoiled! From flights, to transports to and from locations, to activity reservations, it was all handled and went so smoothly. We had absolutely no issues. And everything was five star! Great communication with the company, we were set for success with every detail thought of. We really couldn’t have been happier, we would definitely recommend GoWay Travel and look forward to using them again in the future- thank you for an exceptional travel experience!

She found great hotels in the best locations and our excursions were amazing! We enjoyed everything from walking in the rainforest, dining in the desert, and diving in the Barrier Reef. Jan 15,2025One of my best friends is a travel agent, and when I asked for her help putting together a trip to Thailand, she reached out for some help. We chose Goway, and were very pleased. We loved Chiang Mai. Our guide, Wirachai, was fantastic throughout the whole trip. The full day at Elephant Discovery Camp was one of the best days of my life. Everyone at the camp had such a good disposition, we learned so much, had so much fun, and it was absolutely beautiful. Our guide in Bangkok, Pawarisa, was truly one of the best guides we've ever worked with. She was thoughtful, kind, a great communicator, and lots of fun. She listened to us, answered questions, and helped us navigate many difficult situations (sicknesses, language barriers, banking issues). It was absolutely tailored to my family and what we wanted and delivered.

Jan 15,2025Our experience with Manjiri and Goway was awesome ! Manjiri helped us plan an excellent custom vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia. Everything was perfectly planned and every transfer and tour was very smooth. We had very good tour guides who helped us all the way through. Our dietary requirements were taken care of at all locations. We would highly recommend Goway to anyone!

Jan 12,2025I've had the best experience working with Ms. Angela Donnelly for my trip to South Africa. The communication was excellent and I loved the attention to detail I received the entire trip. From my seats on United Airlines to the amazing transfers to each location, the amazing hotel stay in Cape Town, I felt like a celebrity! My experience on the Rovos Rail, the Suite, the Service, all of it, storybook. Upon arriving in Pretoria, I was greeted by my guide who greeted me as a family member. On the tour of Pretoria with my driver, Mr. Denis Kilumbila gave me a tour of a lifetime and the education about the various sites was more than I had in my 22 years of Education. The professionalism with Thompson's was first class. I'm so very glad that I used Goway Travel and had the amazing experiences during this adventure.

Jan 09,2025Our experience with Goway was amazing! Maria helped us plan a dream vacation to Thailand and she surpassed every expectation. Everything was perfectly planned and every transfer and excursion was on time, we hardly hard to think, just show up. We never had any issues, but Goway and Maria made sure that we had many contacts available to us in case any issues were to occur. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Goway and would highly recommend to anyone!

Jan 07,2025Their efficiency in organising the trip is not up to North American standard. They made several mistakes in finalising the itinerary all due to their faulty system though the agents are very supportive, They charged more than indicated and agreed amount, with no provision to correct the amount while paying. After they opened holidays, this morning they apologised blaming an associate who did not check properly while charging. They refunded the immediately but to another member travelling with us and said they cannot revere and advised us get it from our friend. This is how bad their operations and systems are. I am now worried how trip in 45 days from now will be with this kind of system mess up and substandard management.

Feb 05,2025Our two week South Island trip went off without a hitch. The bus driver was exceptional and I’ve requested him again for next years trip. The hotels, tours and Activities were flawless and a huge hit with my group Already have my 2026 nz trip booked with Goway- Vered was so easy to work with and very responsive. A great experience all around
