Feb 25,2022This is without a doubt THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. I would also like to say that I never leave reviews, but I don’t want people to experience the poor customer service I have had to endear. Spending close to £2000 and being ignored or told my items will be delivered by a certain date on 4 occasions and then not arriving. Making arrangements to wait at home for a no show delivery…it’s a joke. Please Avoid at all costs, don’t waste your money or time!!! I hope this helps some of you thinking of purchasing from these guys.

Feb 25,2022This company is horrendous and the experience up until the day of delivery, has been absolutely awful!!! You get one delivery option, so if you are unable to take that delivery slot then you will have wait 7 days to be contacted with just one more delivery slot, no options just the one time! So If again if you can not make that slot, you will then have to wait another 7 days to hear an alternative. I asked to be contacted by anyone from the company via email, after trying to call and being cut off the phone whilst waiting to speak to somone 5 times. They said somone would be in contact with me in 48 hours and I did not receive any call from them at all. I had to ring DFS and even they still couldn't help me all they could do was ask the company for an update. The only redeeming thing about the whole experience was the two nice friendly and helpful guys who actually deliverd my bed. Daniel and Adil, great team!

Feb 24,2022Terrible. No more to say, they scheduled a delivery day that I’m not in they make me wait 10 days for a new delivery date. I call the customer service and get told ‘We are to busy to answer emails’ that’s why they haven’t responded to them.
