Jul 19,2018Quality service and competitive prices are generally enough when dealing with comms providers but it is also nice to be able to deal with the same Account Manager. Ritchie Whiting has looked after our account for over 10 years and that has allowed him to get to know us and the business. So we get good advice and guidance on our comms requirements from somebody that we know we can trust.

My partner and I run a couple of businesses from home and had a requirement for a business internet and VOIP telephone system to improve our communications. We first met Jeremy at a business networking group. Our first impressions were that he was friendly and very knowledgeable. After contacting Jeremy for a quotation, he visited us in person with his colleague Paul and talked us through our options in great detail. We discussed a setup which was perfect for our needs which we didn’t even realise was possible. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeremy, Paul and Grapevine to anyone looking to use their services.
