May 19,2021I spoke with Teresa. First of all, I did not have to wait 60 minutes on hold to get someone-they picked up pretty quickly. Second, Teresa was HONEST with me on timing, very smart, and efficient. She is very good at her job, and I am going to go back to her/Grayson exclusively.

When I contacted customer service that stated that "it was a superficial scratch" and they would send me a pen to repair it. How would you like to buy a new car at full price with a dent in it and the dealer says "So what it's not that bad!"

Their entire staff are friendly helpful and well trained. I am especially pleased with the service I received for Mora their Design Specialist. From the moment I spoke with Mora I knew I was in the right place. She instantly made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices. Mora guided me through the selection of furniture, rugs and decor and budget for 2 bedrooms and my living area. We began the process with photos that I had of my floor plan, paint and tile samples, flooring and more. We discussed styles color and size options and I am thrilled with the way it all came together. The experience with Grayson Living and Mora was fun, easy, exciting and a great value! I am a very happy client and l will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend them to all.

Of course, can't do anything about the pieces that have already shipped. Hope it won't be a big deal. The cust service people are awesomeThey get answers quickly and are very professional.

May 02,2021I ordered a beautiful Copeland dining table. All the questions I had were answered by Monica and Theresa who were on their Chat site. They were wonderful! Grayson Living was a lot less expensive than any other store. A lady from Grayson followed up by calling me. She was very pleasant and professional. It will take a few months to get the table, but I know Grayson Living will make sure I will be a satisfied customer. In fact I am thinking about buying another table from them.

Apr 24,2021I sent a note stating I purch. This armoire last year. Showed up w/top damaged rt. Down to the bare wood. Refused shpt. Monique immediately sent me an email stating she would watch the order and make sure everything would work out. I said I would think about it. She followed up again and convinced me to order it again. She is a breath of fresh air. Finally, someone who understands customer service. She's a good employer.
