Mar 09,2021Love the product, bought it, easy transaction, but no information provided about delivery date estimate. It was to come in about 3 days, it didn’t. I sent an inquiry note, no response. I called, the lady was immensely helpful. She explained approximately when it would come. And it wasn’t one of those 6-8 weeks responses. I am confident I will be a happy camper soon and can raise my review to 5 stars.

Disappointed customer
Mar 05,2021I ordered a chair with this company. They delivered a table. I notified them of the error, however 2 months have passed, multiple attempts have been made to contact their shipper to pick up the item, but Grayson Living refuses to pick up the item. When i call their team they are extremely rude, they refuse to issue a refund stating its my responsibility to get them the table. This is by far the worst experience i have had with a furniture company. Very disappointed in their customer service and business ethics.

Feb 24,2021I was hesitant about ordering furniture sight unseen and worried about it arriving damage free. The staff kept me informed along through the whole process and was quite easy to work with. Any questions they couldn’t answer were looked into with the vendor and relayed back to me. Furniture arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely order from this company again.

Feb 18,2021At the time I placed my order, I was told that the chair I ordered was in stock and would shop in 1-2 weeks and that the shipping time would be 1-2 weeks. When I received the order confirmation I was given a ship date that was 3 1/2 weeks from the order date and the shipping time was provided as 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the false information I was given at the time I placed my order.

Try some “truth in advertising” Update: I've ready your answer, but your website specifically stated "ITEM IN STOCK, SHIPS IN 2-3 WEEKS"
