Any concerns or questions I have had during the transition has been very smooth and it is reassuring to know that I can pick up the phone at any time and speak to Louise (or one of her colleagues). I have in the past been nervous about allowing a third party to arrange utilities etc, though on this occasion, I am happy I did. Thank you!

Dec 21,2022Our business has had a refund waiting to be paid back from Great Annual Savings since early this year. For over £5000. Any time I try to get progress with this they either dont reply or stall matters. Now looks like they are insolvent according to latest correspondence. Beware all. This company is not what they boast about.
