I signed a contract with Great Annual Savings with an agreement for a monthly DD at £700. Imagine my shock when confirmation came through from the provider confirming a fixed DD of double that! I thought Great Annual Savings would be quick to resolve this matter but one week on and I'm still waiting. Phone calls and emails are now rarely answered. We are a small business and times are tough, Great Annual Savings are making it tougher. If I get a positive resolution then I will update this review.
I have been dealing with Fiona Telford, and have had nothing but excellent service from her. Fiona is ideal to work with and has provided us with quotes that have helped save money for the company. Pamela Hamilton was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I was having issues understanding the gas quotes that were being sent to me but was on a timeline each day from the company to have it signed and sent back by 4pm or the rates will change. I was asking for help off them and getting no answers to my questions. This is not an area that I know anything about. Pamela rang me and went through my quotes then explained everything in a way I could understand. She even went the extra mile and got my quotes for my business electric bill sorted as I was still waiting for these. I will now be dealing with Pamela for my gas and electric in the future.
