I had to ring Great Annual Savings today regarding a contract for gas and electricity which was set up a while ago and I was in a panic after receiving an email from Direct Business Solutions threatening our club with financial ruin as they claimed that they had our contracts sorted. I spoke to Lauren Ayres who was absolutely brilliant- she calmed me down, checked all the paperwork from DBS and set up a plan of action in case they persist in this matter. I can’t praise her enough as she has spent the best part of the day sorting this out for me and will be available if I have any more problems. A huge thank you to Lauren.

Happy with how the process of Changing suppliers and getting the best deal we could went. Not the best time due to current market issues to negotiate but Great Annual Saving and David our contact made it as seamless and as easy as it could be.
Great Annual Savings are currently actively pursing us with a third party company for an alleged “breach of terms of conditions”. This is because they did not do their job and change my contract as they input incorrect data. Due to this, I had to pay out of contract fees with my previous provider. They are also very hard to contact when you need help. Therefore, we went with another energy broker who have done everything they said they would and more. The reason they are pursuing us, is for a “loss of commissions”. Upon advising us we now apparently owe them over 2K for job they never completed? Nor we were contacted to be advised that they had to resubmit forms as they had filled them in incorrectly which is why our contract could not go live. The energy provider who we were due to change to advised us about this and it is detailed on their system. I have email chains of them advising that they would do everything in regards to the change and all we need to do was sign a digital form to give permission to do everything and more-no headaches. I’m currently in contact with my solicitor for advise going forward on this.
