I certainly do not do anything with regards to my utilities supplier until I have been advised to do so by Great Annual Savings .

Jun 24,2022EDIT: Initial experience was based on customer service advisor current experience is bad. This contract never went through and we nwver even got told that there was a problem. I chased it up at which point they said there had been a problem applying for us. They said they would apply again but they left it so long they said the contract window had closed. We offered to do a new contract but were called back and told our usage was too low for rhem to supply and that they couldnt supply us and we should stay with our current supplier. This really peed me off as we had by then lost out on any capped price deals before prices went sky high....This morning their administrators have emailed saying we are in breach of contract and owe £900!! An absolute joke seeings our usage isnt even £900 a year and it was them that didnt process our contract and said that they couldnt supply us!!! Tried ringing administrator but just goes to voicemail***** We used Neil to help us with our business electricity renewal. He was really helpful and friendly and explained everything really clearly. He kept in contact with us throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. A pleasure to speak to.

Jun 23,2022I was skeptical at first when I was contacted by yet another company promising to save me money. However, I have to say that the experience with Great Annual Savings has been entirely different and they have more than delivered on their promise ! The initial introduction by Nicole Davies was both polite and helpful and she did exactly what she said she would. I then spoke to Jonathan Spence who talked me through everything in detail and has successfully negotiated fixed contracts for my gas and electricity in order to future-proof my business in terms of rising energy bills. It was all so easy and Jonathan has taken care of everything ! His customer service is outstanding and he personally responds to any question - big or small. I have never yet called Jonathan without finding him at the end of his phone. It has been a genuinely refreshing change from having to wait in a call centre queue to try and talk to a human being ! If you are a small business and want to save money, then I highly recommend you contact Jonathan Spence at Great Annual Savings. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Jun 23,2022Peter Maughan Law We were contacted by Michael Cooke from Great Annual Savings about our plans for our energy as a business. All we needed to do was upload copies of a recent bill and everything from there was sorted out (he even got a problem that we had been having with regard to getting smart meters fitted sorted for us). He explained everything as we went through the proccess including comparisons of the energy provider that they found for us and other options so we knew we were getting the best deal for us. We now have peace of mind as to what to expect to be paying for our energy for the next few years.
