I can’t thank Aidan Angus enough. I’ve been though hell and back with Yorkshire gas and power and Aidan was absolutely amazing at helping me find a new supplier. From start to finish he was professional and kept me at ease as I am a new business owner and struggle with understanding the process of switching suppliers or dealing with electric bills anyway, but after dealing with Aidan I know I’m in safe hands. He explained every step in great detail and kept me up to date with each process. Nothing was a problem. Such a lovely, down to earth guy. Thank you so much, I appreciate all your help.

I have been dealing with a person called Ella. Ella called into my office and I agreed to talk to her. I am glad I did. I found Ella to be professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you for all your advise.

Absolutely shocking behaviour , telling my husband we owe £900 for breach of contract ? Smooth talking / bullying staff , made promises they couldn’t keep regarding pricing over 3 years ago , spoke to Andy there so called solicitor this morning arrogant and again threatening us with legal action . Note yes you have a digital paper trail but get your facts right !!! First was my husband signed a digital contract ? Then he give permission for them to sign on his behalf ? They sorted out arrears with British Gas for us ? No we sorted that ourselves because British Gas refused to deal with your company . The stress has had my husband admitted to hospital and the relentless emails and threats !update ! Thank you for the email we have been in touch with the so called gas supplier , they have informed us there is no contract and never was just prices sent to Great Annual Savings , so you guys have lost out on commission with the gas supplier not us we again are in breach of contract how is that possible when we didn’t sign any contract regards Nicky

Liza Donnelly at has looked after us for the last 3 years, helping us manage our utility bills saving us time and money - more recently with the energy crisis, has helped with sound advice and support, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
