Mar 17,2022I found this company absolutely appalling to deal with. I was contacted 3 1/2 years ago to get an ‘amazing’ energy deal. My current supplier contacted me a few days later, they offered me a much cheaper deal so I stayed with them. No contact at all from Great Annual savings until 3 1/2 years later to be told I owed them a £3000 default fee that wasn’t made clear at the time. if I didn’t pay I would be taken to court. It’s really not worth dealing with companies like this. Please stay away. Not to be trusted.
