Good price, well made picnic cooler bag - I wanted something that would hold more than a sandwich and a drink but not a full size cooler so it's perfect for a decent lunch for two people or a small catch-up freezer shop.

I wanted to buy 2 750cl flasks but the postage to Northern Ireland was £20.00 so I rang up to check that this was the case as we are part of the United Kingdom. Chris Jones took the call and was so helpful and patient. After several e-mail exchanges it transpired that I was using an old website quoted on the original invoice for my picnic backpack so in the end as well as resolving the postage charge issue by using the new website the flasks were also cheaper. Very well done Chris - you’ve gone above and beyond my expectations and restored my faith in Customer Service David

I have one and have bought another for my mother. Brilliant quality piece of kit. Light enough to avoid being weighed down whilst being strong and durable. Highly recommend the floor mat to complete the set.

Excellent picnic bag, almost identical to the one it is replacing which has travelled all over Europe in the last 15 years. Missed the next day delivery deadline but it still arrived next day! Excellent service and cheaper purchased direct than via Amazon. Very pleased
