May 19,2020I received the Hot Pack today and am excited to try it out. It’s very sturdy and well made. I gave four stars as the mugs are a lot smaller than I expected. I thought they would be good to use eith soup/hot choc sachets etc but I feel they are only big enough for half a sachet. My regular mugs fit the bag though. Overall, I recommend this item

May 14,2020Great picnic backpack and cool bag set. Fantastic quality, light in weight and contains all the essential equipment you need. I have looked at several makes in the past and used several brands in the past and this is by far the best. The Super Deluxe set is well worth it for the extras.
