Oct 31,2018I'm just so happy with my ring. Jamie really worked hard to get it perfect, she took a lot of time and had great ideas. I looked at quite a few local jewelers and could not find the right fit. 3 friends suggested Green Lake and it was worth the 60 miles drive. The website was helpful, posting pictures of each phase of the design. They were also on time and the cost of the ring well within our budget. Thanks!

Oct 31,2018My journey with Greenlake Jewelry Works was longer than most but only because I was very particular about how I wanted my ring to look, even though I didn't really know what that was at first. I couldn't find a ring at any store that really suited me and realized I would need to go the custom design route to get my dream ring. Initially I wasn't clear on what elements I wanted but we finally created a design that is just perfect for me. My designer, Sophia, was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and was able to translate what I described into a ring that is a work of art.

Oct 27,2018Wedding ring: The search: for a truly unique symbol of our committment to each other, the ring. The 'big box' jewelers and their 'cookie cutter' rings began to all look the same. And then Green Lake Jewelry was discovered! The experience: We found that we could design/customize our own ring...rather than buying one 'off the shelf'. We met the friendly, knowledgable staff and at the end of our experience...met the engraver/jeweler who made the ring! In sum...unique...without rival...an experience which will be remembered and told to others...for a lifetime. The recommendation: The best and only jeweler one should go to. Everyday we look at our rings and remember the friendly, family atmosphere of Green Lake Jewelry. Truly a capstone experience.

I knew virtually nothing about engagement rings, and maybe less about design, but Ashley, the artist, helped me put together the perfect ring. Very very happy with the experience. From the first time I sat down with her to build my now-fiancee's engagement ring, Chelsea seemed to be able to pick the ideas right out of my head and mold them into something even better than I had in mind. I was blown away with every step of the process, from the detail and artistry of the initial drawings to the CAD and wax models, to the final product. The whole process only took around 6 weeks (faster than they would have preferred, but the whole team was super accommodating). I can't say enough good things about this place.

Oct 02,2018Ashley at the Northgate Greenlake Jewelry Works is incredible. She helped my boyfriend and I design our engagement ring before we were engaged, and then helped us design our wedding bands before we got married. She is extremely patient, thoughtful, and listens to what you're looking for, before presenting options to you. She takes into consideration your budget, and doesn't ever push you to spend outside your comfort zone. My wedding band was pretty simple, but my Fiance didn't have a clue what he wanted. We came in 3 times and he must have tried on most of the rings in the cases until he narrowed it down. When it came to the one he wanted, she worked with us to customize it and make it perfect. I could not recommend Ashley and Greenlake Jewelry Works more as their work is quality, and a great price for a custom piece. We will definitely use her again in the future :)

Michelle helped us make some decisions and provided information about stones and process that we both found very helpful. I absolutely LOVE the final product! She was also very patient as we sorted some old family jewelry and worked through repairing and repurposing several heirloom pieces. I am already planning the next creation! We worked with Ben at the Bellevue location to find a specific stone as well as design my wife's wedding band. I cannot say enough about the entire experience/process...
