Jul 10,2021I really like Gumbies products and their sustainability and social responsiblity approach. However, the last time I ordered was a disappointment. I received different colors than I ordered for both items (because they ran out of what I had ordered), which I wouldnt have ordered in the first place. The costumer service did not check with me before sending them, and was very uncooperative in arranging for a compromise of reducing the price for those items. They just repeatedly said I could return it and issued a label - so now I would have the work to returning what I never ordered?! I find this a cheeky approach of making more money, because of course, we ended up keeping those wrong items as I really have too much on my plate with small twin babies than organizing this return. So, I ended up with products I wouldnt have bought.

Jul 09,2021Firstly I'll talk about the annoying issues, ok I would've bought more than one pair if you had more of the other varieties in stock and my size available so that's my only complaint I guess. The pair I did end up buying are awesome and strong so far I've only had them about a week now, the strap over the top of your foot area was on the tight side but nothing a little stretching couldn't fix. I would say they are true to size also.I would definitely recommend these flip flops to my friends/family! Oh and you don't see many ppl wearing the same flip flops which is pretty cool to have something different all while helping the planet🤗💗🤗

Jul 09,2021The customer service is amazing! I accidentally put the wrong address online and emailed the company. They took care of it immediately. I love these shoes!! Bought the clog and love them! They run true for size. They are thin but comfortable. The recycle part and planting a tree made me buy two more pair.

Jul 08,2021The call was answered promptly, and efficiently. The 2 pairs of slippers were sent immediately with a £2 charge. By the end of the week, they travelled with my husband to South Africa. In my own pair. I cannot take them off. So comfortable and warm.
