Jun 21,2021I ordered these sandals 2 years ago and love them I ordered a pair 10 or so days ago to have a pair for my summer vaca as my old ones are on their last leg. Well I get them in a day before my trip and open them up only to find the wrong color flops. I quickly email and get responses, I believe from Tracie, that they don’t have black on black and the color I received is the only color left which was grey on black. I showed the pic on the website which had black on black that I ordered and now the website says they are on sale. I was told to return the flops and choose another one, so I asked about another sandal online which ad black on black and was told no to that as well and to look online for a 2020 version of the sandal I wanted as they don’t have black on black anymore. I’m just trying to understand why your website let me order a pair of flops that obviously was not in stock. Your website also was going to allow me to order the other model in black in black in size 11, but I was told you didn’t have that as well. So now I have a pair of flops, which I had to use for my vacation that was NOT my first choice because I was going on vaca the next day. When I asked for a discount to order another pair and keep these, I was told to look on social media to see if there were any promo codes. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in the last transaction and lack of customer service and it is highly unlikely i order from this company again.

Jun 19,2021I’m an old beach bum and wear flip flops 12 months a year if at all possible and these are by FAR the best at ANY price. I wear OluKai, Rainbows, Oakley, Nike the list goes on and on and my GUMBIES are by far my favorite. Light, dry quickly and extremely comfortable. They have two types and I keep both around. The cloth bottoms are better on the sand and the rubber type is best for water conditions. Buy them, if you’re disappointed let me know. I’d be very surprised. It’s a shame they don’t sell them in stores around here. But then everyone would be wearing them and I like feeling SPECIAL by being the only one with them. I get asked daily who makes them.

Jun 19,2021I have yet to wear these and someone not all about them!!! Totally comfortable and super light weight. But the wild style gives such flare to the design, and is a great lead into the use of recycled products! I’ll cherish my gumbies!

Wrote them many times on contact us and never once did they ever respond back It seems they just wanted to take my money. Don’t ever order anything from them again we should get rid of companies like this that take our money and give us no product

Jun 18,2021These are the most comfortable shoes. They are great for walking in the water, sand and any where else. If I get them muddy (which I do) the just rinse off with the and are great to go again.

Jun 17,2021I ordered a pair of Gumbies. They shipped quickly and I was excited to get them. When they arrived they were not the pair that I ordered. There was a letter that said basically "sorry we did not have what you wanted, we tried to contact you hopefully you like this pair instead." There were absolutely zero attempts to contact me by phone or email. I called them and got a recorded message. Had to message them to get it resolved. I'm sure they have done this to others. Won't do business with them again. Wish I could give zero stars.

Jun 14,2021I am just over all impressed with their customer service, sent email because I ordered 3 years ago and it did not have size on my now slightly seen better days Gumbies. I received a prompt response and was able to place my order for 2 more. I usually wear a 8 1/2 size but in Gumbies the 8's fit perfect.
