Feb 01,2024I feel it has started working very soon. Although I already follow a lectin-free diet, I haven't noticed improvements in regularity until I tried the product. I suffer from IBS-C, SIBO, and Candida and I used to have proctitis.

Feb 01,2024It's been a little over a month I believe since I started Bio Complete and Total Restore and so far it really seems to be helping my digestive system, because I have suffered for years with IBS and it really seems to be working. It's also helped with my energy level, nothing drastically but a noticeable difference. Customer service was great.

Feb 01,2024I have taken this product off and on for about a year but started taking it seriously this past summer. I hadn't noticed until someone said to me at my doctor's appointment "you weight less than the last time you were here." I had lost 20 pounds! I realized that my sugar cravings were gone. I used to eat ice cream every night. it was like I couldn't control it and now I don't eat after dinner. It's really amazing for me. My doctor diagnosed me with Metabolic syndrome. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Jan 31,2024I had an upper GI scope done 2 years ago. It showed that my stomach lining looked like a map legend with hills and valleys and eroded river beds. I was suffering with acid reflux very badly. I was prescribed Omeprazole at a high dose. This created polyps after a year. I found Dr. Gundry's total restore and gave it a shot. I am no longer on the antacids and my stomach lining has improved. I will continue to take this product and naturally heal my gut lining. I'm so very grateful!!

Jan 29,2024I bought Total Restore for my husband and myself. I wasn’t so sure it was doing what we thought until I forgot to pack them for our week’s vacation. My husband had a miserable time because the pills kept him regular. I on the other hand was a little more skeptical that they were working as I saw no differences. I am going to go back on the pills but not sure that they are doing everything that was mentioned in the ad.

What I order, is what was delivered in a very timely manner - even though I'm in Australia, it still arrived relatively quickly. I would like to see that the products advertised are in AU $ as the exchange rate makes them a bit pricey.

Prior to beginning Total Restore, I used BioComplex 3 and Metabolic Advanced. These products helped me achieve my healthier living goals. I am now using Total Restore and am experiencing immediate bowel emptying. My gut is enjoying not being "cramped" with unnecessary waste. As an educational researcher, I have great appreciation for Dr. Gundry's integrity as he continues to thoroughly search in the medical body of knowledge.
