Jun 05,2023I can't tell that it did anything for me I've been taking it for about a month now or maybe a little bit more it seems to give me a tiny bit of energy for a very little bit but other than that I don't see any results I'm thinking the stuff is probably a scam it's probably just rice powder or something I notice it's not even FDA approved it raises a red flag as well just like most supplements out there that are not FDA approved most of that stuff is like rice powder and no telling what's really in this stuff I would really like my money back!!!

Jun 05,2023I have been taking MCT wellness for over 3 months and I really enjoy it. I used to suffer from fatigue but as soon as I wake up (0330) and by 0400 I take it and drink while I’m working out and it gives me the boost I need to last all day long! I seldom suffer from fatigue as I did before and it has helped me maintain my current weight which is a plus as it can creep up on me. I enjoy the taste and have continued purchasing as I find it easy to use and makes me drink more water first thing in the am.

Jun 05,2023It’s only been a month and my bowel movements are much better. I’m hoping it will improve more as I still feel a bit bloated most days. I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels - I have ankylosing spondylitis and I usually have to take medication to reduce inflammation so instead of taking 4 tablets daily I’m only taking 2!!

Jun 05,2023The MCT wellness product does not dissolve well, so I have taken to making it ahead of time to drink it. I have noticed a difference in my skin but it has not really made much difference in my energy level, so far. Thinking of getting another container and trying it for another month.

Jun 05,2023Both my daughter and I have started taking the MCT approximately 2 weeks ago now. She is 18 and myself 52. She claims that she has felt more energy overall and she works out 5 days of the week.May perhaps be the placebo effect but she feels something. I however undecided if anything is working yet but at my age may take longer to get working. I do not go regularly to the gym as I have minimal time and when I do I prefer the down time. I mainly looking for the extra energy, bloating and wait loss. There are so many MD products that seem to have similar statements of what they are used for. Hard to figure out if I'm taking the correct one. I do enjoy the information provided on how things work and the biological science behind it. Very informative and interesting.

Jun 05,2023I like that you are showing concern whether the pills work, for myself they had had zero effect and have changed nothing. For my wife they have help her stop taking the powder to have a normal daily bowel movement, but have yet to decrease her stomach fat which was the ultimate goal. She is happy that it has helped her go number 2 most days.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Gundry's plan and podcasts. I trusted Dr. Gundry because he backs up his ideas with science and research.

Jun 04,2023I have not been so alert in such a long time. I am not fond of the taste so mix it in juice. It took a long time to dissolve until I found a great shaker to use. I have not yet lost my belly but have lost my love handles. The chronic pain in my left leg has far less inflammation which allows me to exercise more.

Jun 04,2023I have been using BioComplete 3 for about 2 weeks. I saw small, inconsistent changes, in bowel movements. So I then made sure I was taking it before the meal and not during. I also looked at what lectins might be still in my diet and which ones were ok to allow. My goal is to heal from food/environmental allergies, dry skin, body and mouth so I believe it will take 3-9 months. If I don't see much change in 3 months, I will consider that this is not my solution.

Jun 06,2023Love, love, love the taste and knowing this olive oil is loaded with polyphenols makes it just the perfect addition to salads, breads, vegetables or anything else you like. I use it every day, plan to order more and have it delivered often so I don't ever run out.
