Aug 24,2024Our original transport provider cancelled at 2:00 am of the day we were to travel from Bristol to (near) Cowbridge for our daughter’s wedding. We were travelling with the wedding dress, decorations, luggage and the Canadian contingent attending the wedding. The original provider was no help and I called provider after provider. We got a hold of Lee at around 9:00 am. He told me to give him 10 minutes. He had miraculously found us an 18 passenger van. He picked us up at 11:30 am. Loaded our stuff. Gave me a big hug and a bottle of champagne and we were on our way. The wedding went off without a hitch. Thank you Lee. I recommend to everyone that you use Gwent Vales Travel from the onset.
