The determination to aggressively pursue customers for good is commendable. They are relentless in their attitude to business. Very proactive in my opinion. They are a friendly set of people to work with. It is not my thing to use Travel Agencies to book my flights but they did their best to convince me and I think I’d use them again 👍

Sean Matthews is always very caring and persistent in ensuring I get a ticket that will he pleasing for me. He is very respectful, he has a charisma about him That even if you weren't thinking of travelling, you'll make a booking. Sean has been taking care of my travels for many years now. He has been able to satisfy my needs, when there are issues he was able to solve them easily. Sean Matthews is a professional in his delivery. Thanks Sean, well done and don't change. Bless you.

I had an excellent experience with the travelling agent (Sean Matthews). Sean dealt promptly and professionally with my enquiries. My family and I were contemplating whether to go to universal studios in Florida as we had a limited budget and also had a family member with special needs. Sean was able to answer all our questions and get us a holiday package within our budget. He allayed all our fears. He also checked on us before the flight to ensure we were okay and afterwards. He went far and beyond his duty to show this exemplary behaviour which we were so pleased with. Thank you so very much Sean
