Nov 12,2024Absolutely diabolical company from the top down. I ordered doors and windows for a barn conversion with stainless steel handles. Discussed this with the salesman and the surveyor they sent in. When they were delivered they came with standard handles. No one disagreed that they had the conversations with me or that I’d asked for the other handles. There was no offer for support apart from charging me full price for the handles I’d originally requested on top of the original ones. Their only argument was pointing out that I hadn’t noticed that they hadn’t specified the upgraded handles on their hand written order form. These things happen, but dealing with them trying to sort out the problem I found them to be the rudest and most dismissive company I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t trust them with any other business and went elsewhere for my next order.

Jun 13,2024Hadleigh have just completed a roof and conservatory upgrade for us. It has been a very good experience right from the start, the work was done to a high standard, the team working on it were very good, and while a couple of things took some time sort out at the end they were all properly done and finished. Hadleigh were responsive through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Mick the service engineer attended and sorted the issue expertly and professionally. My bifold door is seven years old and just needed a minor adjustment. Excellent product and first class service all round. Thankyou.

May 25,2024After speaking to several window companies Hadleigh Glass were a breath of fresh air. Genuine and honest with none of the hot air and fluff you usually associated with window sales! Everything was seamless from the sales process through the survey to fitting. The fitters were great, really friendly and did an amazing job. To top it all off the price was very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Apr 22,2024I am very pleased with the windows and French doors fitted to my recently completed extension. A very good choice offered and installation on time. The products were of a very good design and quality. I will add that all visitors to my property , including the building contractor have commented very favourably on the windows and doors. I also add one of the windows seal was leaking, a new sealed unit was replaced within 5 days.

The guys did a great job, very efficiently straight to work, very professional and tidied up great afterwards too. They went above and beyond by adding trunking for the wiring and explaining their use. Excellent service, many thanks.

Dec 19,2023I recently had Hadleigh Glass replace all of my windows with their top of the line Aluminium product and I can’t say enough about the company and the product! From the initial conversation with the amiable sales director to consultation and then the fitting…I was highly impressed. The fitters on site were very friendly, clearly skilled at what they do and they certainly loved a cup of tea or five(!). I might be asking for a discount for the amount of boxes of PG Tips they got through but they were lovely and we had a fantastic overall experience from start to finish

Nov 09,2023I sent this as my final feedback but it was not mentioned in their reply at all. “For feedback, I’m sorry to say that I still do not feel I can recommend Hadleigh Glass. Yes the fitters on site have been friendly and helpful. Yes, delays with brickwork were accommodated, which is common and expected on a new build. Yes, we have almost got everything resolved in the end after the installation started more than 6 months ago. However, there has been far too much time passed, with inconvenience and hassle in many ways, compared to most other contractor’s services that I have used throughout this build. At the moment, I do not have the confidence to use Hadleigh Glass in the future or recommend to others. I spent a lot of money and hopefully time will confirm how good the products are but the service, mainly the lack of good communication between the installation manager and the fitters of what is outstanding etc and several last minute cancellations and no shows of installation, seem to be the main issues that has caused me a lot of unnecessary frustration, delays and wasted time chasing and going over and over what was still outstanding month after month. Even though we spent 45 mins with installation manager and his colleague agreeing and listing the snags, it wasn’t given to the fitters that attended afterwards. So I had to spend time going round, writing the list again. I know there are always snags but so many unavoidable ones like most of the gaskets not being in properly and locks and sliding doors not working properly, the wrong parts fitted on front doors & French doors, months passing before 3 panes of damaged glass were finally replaced, etc etc. Surely many snags could have been avoided. Then the many times afterwards when fitters would be sent without the materials they needed. Worst of all, if I can be direct, maybe I’m wrong but I get the impression that I am supposed to believe that it’s been a fairly acceptable service for Hadleigh Glass. There wasn’t really much recognition of the months and months of hassle its caused me. Not much was done, to try to win my confidence back. Which is a shame because I would rather spend time to give good reviews and feedback and recommend good services to other local people in my network. I look forward to hearing how soon the bed 4 window frame scratch can be resolved please.”

The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, the instillation was done to a very high quality, and their customer service has been great. I highly recommend Hadleigh Glass!

Oct 30,2023A 3 week programme to build a simple conservatory has turned into 3 months. Every time they turn up to resolve the issues they are missing something that will take another 2 week to order. I feel sorry for the installers because they are not backed by competent management. Perhaps if Hadleigh Glass spent the time to ensure they had all the necessary parts before they arrive on site then they wouldn't have to return 4 times.

Dec 06,2024Hadleigh Glass were contracted to undertake further window replacements with live hospital wards. As always their performance from pricing to delivering the works onsite has been outstanding. Working within a hospital has challenging logistics however their approach, consideration and flexibility has made this a great success. The installation team 'Shaun and Jonathon' have been fantastic throughout, with consideration to patients and staff being top priority. We look forward to workign with you on further projects at the hospital and beyond in 2025.
