Mar 12,2025I ordered 11 6ft x 6ft Closeboard Featheredge Fence Panels - Green from Halcyon Timber a week ago. The ordering system was easy and when I spoke to anyone at the depot they were friendly and extremely helpful. My fence panels were delivered yesterday and I can’t say how pleased I am with the quality of the panels I received. They are of a very high quality so well made. I am really looking forward to my fence being put up. I would like to also say the delivery driver was excellent helpful and friendly. My whole experience with Halcyon Timber has been a very positive one and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mar 11,2025Material all ordered online, I called to follow up with one or 2 questions (forgot the guys name) he was very helpful and stated that he would be delivering himself. Turned up on time and unloaded everything exactly where it was needed. All the timber was straight and good quality. There was one batten that had a crack in it and he gave me a couple of extra ones by way of just showing good customer service. Well done!

Feb 14,2025Decent prices and really nice delivery guy. I originally tried to buy some wood but found I was just outside the delivery zone, I was then contacted to say they could add my postcode and deliver it. The wood arrived in good condition with no splits or broken pieces.
