Charlie gained my trust from day one and could see the potential in my property more than I could, I was blown away by the company’s attention to detail which ensured a quick sale over home report. This company are a team which look out for their sellers ensuring they are on the right route to purchasing the right home during the selling process, Jason stepped up and found me my perfect home. I’m so grateful I was able to sell and buy from this company.

Oct 29,2024Me & My husband recently bought and sold through Harbor. The team were amazing from start to finish!! Our property was sold after only a week on the market and for a substantial amount over home report! As it was the first time we had sold a property, we were unsure on the process but the whole team ( Caitlin , Claire, Jason & Charlie) kept us right and gave the best advice. Always there to answer the phone and kept us up to date with viewing information. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!! When we bought our dream house through them they were amazing and kept us up to date. They even celebrated with us on the phone when they were telling us the good news! Would not look anywhere else for buying or selling- they are a credit to this industry! Will 100% be using them in the future.

Oct 22,2024Jason and the team are fantastic to work with. Approached Harbor Property to sell my property in Paisley. Had been let down by a previous estate agent therefore I was a bit cautious. However Jason explained the whole process from start to finish and made sure he answered any queries or worries I had. Harbor Property listed my flat in August 2024 and within 3 days I had an offer which was accepted. The offer was above home report and the after service was incredible from Claire until my property was sold. First class service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Oct 12,2024Charlie was great at talking me through the process, talking me through how to get the property 'sale ready' organising the photographer and marketing. He handled the viewings and got back to me with almost instant feedback. If I called him when he was busy he always called me back as soon as he could, even when I hadn't left him a message. It was invaluable to me because I was selling from 400 miles away. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They are so on the ball with getting your house on the market and they do everything possible to get your house seen by as many potential buyers. Nothing is an issue, we were a busy working family so they were very flexible with us and always available for a call or message if we had any questions. Very reasonably priced and had different payment options for what best suited us. I would like to personally thank Charlie! He was amazing, he made us feel so comfortable and at ease with selling with harbour. He was always on call for us to help with anything. I would definitely recommend harbour to anyone selling and would definitely use them again in the future! Very friendly staff and couldn’t do more for you! Thank you everyone! Our house sold with no issues and we are now moving into our new dream family home.

Oct 02,2024It was easy to book viewings with Harbor and the team kept in contact with me throughout the purchase process.They also have a lot of choice on their website/third party websites so there was plenty of places to look at when looking for the right home. Would recommend Harbor if you are looking to buy property.

We meet Caroline at a viewing and immediately felt at ease her professionalism was head and about any agent we had ever meet, to the extent when our offer was accepted, we instructed her to sell our own house and her team Abbie , Claire and special shout out to Caitlin were absolutely incredible.
